History
The Jonas Brothers formed in 2005 in New Jersey. They released their debut album It's About Time in 2006 on Columbia Records, then signed with Hollywood Records (Disney). Major breakthrough came with the self-titled 2007 album, hits like “S.O.S.” and “Burnin’ Up,” and starring roles in the Disney Channel movies Camp Rock (2008) and its sequel. They also had their own Disney Channel series Jonas.
After a hiatus and breakup in 2013, they reunited in 2019 with the single “Sucker,” which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Subsequent albums include Happiness Begins (2019), The Album (2023), and Greetings from Your Hometown (2025). They have sold millions of albums worldwide and continue as one of the most successful sibling pop acts.
